New Moon Intention Journaling
Set an Intention for the coming New Moon and begin your Journaling journey.
Workshop content:- Introduction to New Moon rituals and mindful doodling.
- Inspiration: doodle along with me as I give you three inspirational doodles to work with and get your creativity flowing.
- Meditation: Relax as I take you through a guided meditation to reveal your intention.
- Mindful Doodling: Enjoy the gentle music and quiet atmosphere as we begin the first page in our New Moon Journal. You can write out your intention and doodle around it.

Full Moon Release Journaling
Create a doodled ‘gratitude and release’ letter for the coming Full Moon
Workshop content:- Introduction to Full Moon rituals and mindful doodling.
- Inspiration: doodle along with me as I give you three inspirational doodles to work with and get your creativity flowing.
- Meditation: Relax as I take you through a guided gratitude meditation.
- Mindful Doodling: Enjoy the gentle music and quiet atmosphere as we begin the first page in our Full Moon Journal. You can write out your gratitude and release letter and doodle around it.

Moon Ritual Journaling
Begin a ‘Moon’ doodle ritual practice that can be used every New and Full Moon.
Workshop content:- Introduction to Moon rituals and mindful doodling.
- Inspiration: doodle along with me as I give you three inspirational doodles to work with and get your creativity flowing.
- Meditation: Relax as I take you through a guided Moon meditation.
- Mindful Doodling: Enjoy the gentle music and quiet atmosphere as we begin the first page in our Moon Journal, creating an inspiring dedication to ‘Grandmother Moon’.

Doodle Journaling
Begin a doodle journal practice as a mindful way to journal daily or when called to.
Workshop content:- Introduction to the benefits of journaling and mindful doodling.
- Inspiration: doodle along with me as I give you three inspirational doodles to work with and get your creativity flowing.
- Meditation: Relax as I take you through a guided meditation for creativity and grounding.
- Mindful Doodling: Enjoy the gentle music and quiet atmosphere as we begin our Journal, creating an inspiring first page to encourage continued practice.

Doodle Affirmation Cards
Create a set of doodled affirmation cards that participants can use as part of their own spiritual practice or as visual prompts they can put up around the home.
Workshop content:- Introduction to the benefits of affirmations and mindful doodling.
- Inspiration: doodle along with me as I give you three inspirational doodles to work with and get your creativity flowing.
- Meditation: Relax as I take you through a guided meditation for grounding and creativity.
- Mindful Doodling: Enjoy the gentle music and quiet atmosphere as you create your own doodled affirmations. A selection of affirmations will be provided for inspiration.
These workshops are one and a half hours. For the Journal Workshops, participants can bring their own blank journal to use or can purchase one on the day.

I have booked Laura for several day retreats and an online workshop where she provided a fabulous mindful doodling experience for the participants. At my request, Laura was able to intertwine doodling with the ancient celtic celebrations of the Winter Solstice and Imbolc. She produced beautiful specially commissioned workbooks that connected seamlessly with the themes. Laura is a talented artist and is clearly passionate about what she does. She explained the benefits of doodling for mindfulness, stress reduction and connecting with creativity and weaved this into her own personal experience, which is very compelling. The process of doodling was extremely mindful, grounding and allow me to feel present in the moment. It also connects me back to childhood experience of drawing, colouring and doodling!
As a facilitator I am so glad I found Laura as she adds something really unique to my retreats and online classes. She has a beautiful calm energy and all of the participants really enjoyed the experience.
